Dubai inspired cake for my niece Jolsna, a new mom on the block .Cake was planned as a surprise for her by her husband and mom.They wanted figurine holding a baby in one hand and a mobile in the other.Jolsana is an architect and thats why i thought of including some of the prominent land marks of Dubai ,Burj Khalifa the tallest building in the world being one of them .The sketches were all hand painted on fondant.
