A cake for a lady who sing in a choir. The bottom tier was chocolate mud cake with white and dark ganache. Also with a little Baileys. Top tier is a 6" vanilla butter cake with swiss merinque buttercream and a mixed berry layer. I made the brown fondant by adding dutch processed cocoa powder. It tastes so good.
