I’m doing a Xmas Fair on Sunday and have created this Frozen inspired Snow Globe cake for the centrepiece.
The ‘varnished wood’ base is surprisingly simple using various moulds/piping nozzles and embosser a on fondant and then hand painting with Dark brown paste mixed with confectioners glaze.
