I was asked to do a gluten free cake and said yes. All I would have to do is to modify my favorite chocolate cake recipe. Well it did not work and the cake was way too soft when I checked it the next day. So I had to bake a whole new cake (I added extra all purpose gluten free flour). With a deadline I only had 3 hours to bake and decorate. Butter cream finish with fondant accents.
