One of my favourite cakes to date. Donated for auction @ the Ben Elephant Ball & fundraiser for the Benevolent Society.
My cake was first choice with the highest bid of the night raising $700! So thrilled with the outcome.
Teal ruffles with naked dark chocolate ganache. Handmade sugar flowers.
Inside is white chocolate mud & raspberry chocolate mud with vanilla buttercream.
