This cake was made up of a 6", 8" and 10" tiers, all covered in chocolate fondant.

The flowers were made from flower paste, with the plaque and ‘7’ made from white modelling chocolate. As a final touch I added alternating butterfly ribbon and some rice paper butterflies.
