The client wanted her husband’s mountain bike for his birthday, and whilst I was searching the internet for a picture of it in more detail, I came upon the catalogue picture of it when it was released, with it leaning against a brick wall. I liked the effect and decided to base the cake on it, also managing to get his name on the cake via graffiti.
