I was lucky enough to attend the Verusca Walker motorbike class this past weekend and it was amazing. I highly recommend it as it covers so much including structure, foundation, design, airbrushing, building a cake, etc. And Verusca is both a wonderful teacher and person. The class was hosted at the brilliant Janet O’Sullivan School of Cake in Adelaide. We were given some free reign on colour and design so I chose to do a special breast cancer awareness motorbike for my best friend who is currently being treated for both breast and brain cancer. I’m going to surprise her and the family with this tomorrow as there’s enough cake to feed about 15 people. Hope you like it :)
