The brief for this cake was very open; they wanted a teddy topper and the colour scheme was silver and blue, so this is what I came up with. It was a good opportunity to use silver leaf for the first time! The cake was 2 tiers of vanilla sponge cake filled with white chocolate buttercream and raspberry preserve. All decorations are edible apart from the ribbons.
