I made this cake last year for my church’s pianist college recital. He is a very talented pianist and he had an awesome recital. I surprised him with this piano cake at the reception after the recital. This is only the second piano cake I’ve made. The first one was 20 years ago for my daughter’s birthday. Covered in fondant and piping is butter cream.
