This huge 1.3m in length cake is made from choc mud and caters for approx 150 portions. (To give you an appreciation of the size, this cake was photographed sitting on an outside dining table which seats 6 people.)

This cake was made for the owner of a helicopter fleet for his 50th birthday and his wife requested that I use his favourite helicopter – the Longranger – as a basis for the design.

It has a custom built wood & steel structure and has propellers that spin via a battery operated motor that can be switched on under the landing gear
