Last minute birthday cake for my nephew who came from Texas to celebrate his birthday in Philly with his parents and siblings. He always requests this cake. A three layer cake: two layers are chocolate with a cheesecake layer sandwiched in between and iced with chocolate mocha buttercream. Leaves on top are done in gumpaste and the ones on the side are fondant.
