This cake was made as a sample cake for my Advanced fondant workshops.
The main idea was to incorporate a square cake as well as a round cake, 3 tiers & dowelling.
I wanted to put together a cake that the students can easily replicate and also covers all the skills in short period of time.

In soft skills, I wanted to combine sugarlace as well as stencils.
I searched all over and couldnt find any cakes at all which had Stencils as well as sugarlace in 1 cake.

I am really proud of the way this one has come together.

The chandelier stencil is my favorite. and the Sugarlace sits a s a crown on this black beauty cake.

The razor sharp edges, almost tore my fondant. :)
