I love making cakes for little ones. This one I made for a kid who just love Pocoyo wouldn’t take his eyes off from TV while watching this cartoon series…It was so amazing to his excitement and expression when he saw this cake… He didn’t even wanted to touch the characters thinking he might hurt them :))
For the first time I tried colored chocolate ganache instead of fondant…it not only looked better but tasted good as well. Rainbow cake filled with white chocolate ganache and covered with colored chocolate ganache…All decoration are made of modelling paste
