I never learn. Was happy with cake but noticed that there was a little mark from my fingernail right in front. The more I looked the more it bothered me. Decided to fix it but SMBC was already soft and ended up making it worse. At the last minute, decided to add the name to the front to hide it. Top is Penuche cake filled with penuche filling & caramelized apples, frosted with caramel SMBC (YUMMMMMM), bottom is chocolate mud cake, filled & frosted with caramel chocolate SMBC & covered in MMF..

Thank Karen. I love chocolate but I have to admit that penuche cake with the caramelized apples was so delicious. I think it is now my new favorite.
