I marked center area for message first, then rough marked chevron with toothpick.
I didn’t have a pattern for Chevron, so I had piped it with #4 tip alternating pink and white buttercream icing in a zig-zag pattern, filling in and re-outlining edges in #4 tip pink BC.
I did a reverse #5 tip boarder around top edge.
On sides I did a white BC zig-zag up and down motion around sides for a center ribbon look and piped top and bottom edges with #5 tip pink BC beaded boarder.
Bottom boarder of cake was a #6 white BC.
Flowers on sides are piped with #150 tip in a 5 to 6 petals each in white Bc, and a pink #4 BC swirl center, then a white pearl candy in center of flower in middle of pink center.
