Lambeth Apple Blossom Cake

Edith Gates class 1964. This was a 5 day class, 8 hours per day. The cakes were done on styrofoam dummies with styrofoam beveled bases. This particular cake had 3,000 pink royal icing apple blossoms piped with a 101s rose tip.
