I made this cake for the Cake Masters Magazzine “Around the world in 40 cakes”
This cake has a special meaning for me because It’s the first time I have the opportunity to represent my country on a cake and I so happy to share it with you all! :)

The city I represent is Machupicchu located in Cuzco (Peru) considered one of the most important places in the world because it’s architectural and beauty…I’ve been there and I should say that It’s been one of the most beautiful experiences in my life

The top tier is the Historic Santuary of Machupicchu painted with white gel colour and powder
The second tier I wanted to give the idea of aquarella painting with a 2d effect, the background it’s made in royal icing… I had fun doing this ;)
The botton tier is inspired by traditional dress women use in Cuzco and they made by themselves
