This is a cake I have just delivered to a client who is having an 80’s theme party for her birthday. She asked to to make something within that theme as along as it had lots of colour and this is what I came up with.

All 3 cakes are the same, a rich chocolate cake with a Baileys buttercream apart from the glitterball which is a giant chocolate cakepop.

The bottom tier is a blend of orange pink and purple with black zebra and leopard print, and the middle tier is covered with a silver shimmer, with various badges and logos.

All decorations are fondant and edible.

Thanks to someone unknown for the inspiration to use Pacman on the cakeboard.
