I was really looking forward to making this cake as I love it when the tier heights alternate. Using the lace pattern on the bride’s beautiful dress, the cake turned to be that much more personal and unique.
As for the flavours, Lynda and Chris carefully picked a fantastic variety:
chocolate mud, carrot cake & cream cheese white choc filling, almond and orange & white choc ganache, fresh ginger cake & lime buttercream…Love love love!
