My very favourite thing to make from cake – a Minion! I love these yellow guys, so when given free reign on the design for a corporate cake, I couldn’t resist, and made an ‘office Minion’! lol He’s called Stuart and is the equivalent of a 3 tier cake, stands 16" tall and is (or rather was – he was decapitated and devoured by 11:30 this morning!) made of rich chocolate sponge filled with cookies and cream Italian meringue buttercream.
