This cake I made in less then 12 hours. The person had bought a cake from a lady, and it was a 3 tier cake she had stacked them all together with sucker sticks holding up each tier, then told them the cake would be find even though they were driving an hour away. Which she had put it in an old DVD player box.within 5 minutes of driving the cake had cracked n started falling apart… I was called n ask if I could fix it, I was shocked to see this catastrophe. When I cut off the fondant chunks of uncooked cake came off, couldn’t save it! Had to make all 3 tiers over,decorate, & deliver an hour away! Tada…I Did it!!
