This cake was for one of my sons best girls ;) (he’s of that age where he has loads of girlfriends and kiss chase is still a good game and girls don’t have germs yet!).
Emily collects teddies similar to the bear on the cake.
The cake is a deep three layer vanilla cake with strawberry jam and ‘whipped to within an inch of it’s life’ vanilla buttercream.
100% edible.
