This cake was made for special little princess. I have to say that by far this is one of the most difficult cakes I have made since it was my first time making a double barrel cake. The first tier is a vanilla rainbow cake w/buttercream 8 × 5 and the lower tier is a 10 × 7 rainbow white chocolate cake with buttercream. The first tier was to feature Sofia the First and the second tier was to feature the Disney Princess Candyland game. Her 3 favorite princesses were Tiana, Cinderella & Ariel which I added in the game theme portion. It was a challenge to come up with a design that would make the two themes complement each other and keep the color scheme. I love how it turned out and a double barrel cake was not that bad at all :).
