It’s not what is usually shared here, but it looks too good not to share. I made it for my father-in-law’s birthday. Chocolate cake, filled with chocolate swiss meringue buttercream, dripping in chocolate ganache and decorated in chocolate dipped strawberries and crème pàtissière filled choux puffs covered in chocolate ganache…..YUMMO!!!!!
