The birthday girl designed this cake herself, down to the smallest detail. I LOVE that! And I was happy to have the opportunity to bring her vision to life.

The top tier is gluten free White Chocolate Mud cake with Almond buttercream filling, dark chocolate ganache, & covered in a blend of fondant and modeling chocolate. The bottom tier is my Hot Chocolate cake with White Chocolate buttercream filling, dark chocolate ganache, and also covered in a fondant/modeling chocolate blend. I find the blend not only tastes wonderful, but helps me achieve super sharp edges on the square cakes.

The bottom tier is hand-stenciled with black royal icing, & the board is airbrushed with a damask stencil over Tiffany blue fondant.
