Hello everyone~

Sorry I’ve been away for a while, I have two large wedding cakes coming up and things have been quite hectic preparing for them. In the course of my making LMF and the struggle I had locating mini marshmallows that didn’t contain pork gelatine and other such things I can’t eat, I finally tried my hand at homemade marshmallows this week. It’s really not as hard as I thought, and as the mixture was just sitting there waiting for the other ingredients to go in I thought I’d pipe some out into some tiny micro mallows so I could make this :)
