A cake I’ve just finished – this was one of those cakes that I just wasn’t looking forward to making (I find vehicle cakes very tough to do). 5 layers of lemon sponge and buttercream undercoated with white choc ganache. Next time I think I’ll cut out fondant for the windows and put a thin rim around each one – hopefully won’t be doing another one too soon though ;-). The wheels are made from modelling choc.
