White & Dark Chocolate Lace Cake :)

Whilst doing my level 3 Pastry & patisserie course, i fell totally in love with tempering chocolate…as difficult as it can be at times, the results can be pretty cool…this was a 21st birthday cake i did for a very lovely girl…pleasure to practice my new found skills…happy days :) xx
