Made during a UK heatwave (still have not recovered from this one). Banana buttercream was also a first (and probably the last). I also tried a ganache base for the first time and though I was pleased with it, fondant did not want to behave. Lots of similar golf cakes out there so hard to credit an original though I did enjoy making the little duck!
