This is a cake I made for my little girl’s third birthday – she was very specific that she wanted Sofia with Minimus (the flying horse) and Clover (the rabbit). I found this really challenging, especially Sofia, as people modelling is not my strong point, but in the end I was pretty pleased with how it turned out! Anyhow, my daughter loved it, which is what really matters! ;)
