This week, I was asked to do an edible sculpture of the BBC Presenter Nick Knowles. The BBC Program DIY SOS Big Build was taking place in my local area, and I was contacted to make a special piece for them. I chose to make an edible Bust of the presenter. I have added a photo of the finished piece plus a photo of the bust being presented.
Nick was overjoyed with the bust and inspected it very well, and commented on how much detail i had added (including adding a scar etc.), he was thrilled, in fact the whole team took turns to inspect and compare lol – Billy the Electrician even noting Nick double chin lol! I thoroughly enjoyed making this edible bust and hope I get asked to do more!

the Bust is made from RKT (no cake as the environment, heat and the fact it had to travel back with them factored in to my decision not to make it from cake), and covered with ganache and Modelling Chocolate.
