This cake was made for my friends daughter. They had recently been on holiday to Kefalonia in Greece and fell in love with a local Sea Turtle called Adonis. My friends daughter never got the chance to swim with him so I created her very own Sea Turtle! The cake is Madeira sponge which I airbrushed. The sand is made from crushed digestive biscuits with a few sugarpaste shells.
