A messy bedroom back drop cake for Alice! My 2nd backdrop cake and there was no other way to do this cake. The customer wanted a replica of her daughters very messy bedroom littered with crumpled clothes, dvds and shopping bags as well as her much loved teddy, Mac and iPod. I hand painted a similar view to the one outside her bedroom window and her mum got me photos of the 2 framed posters above her bed and her unusual chequered flooring which I added to complete the room. All edible and handmade decorations. Bed ‘base’ and bedside table are painted to replicate the leather of her bed and bedside unit.

Figures are not my strong point but they’re definitely getting better :)
