Vanilla sponge with gum paste decorations. The man who collected the cake for his daughter was so pleased with it he was literally jumping up and down and spinning round and round in my kitchen. I’ve never had a reaction like that before.
Note to myself: The next time he comes to collect I must remember to clear the work surfaces of loose objects
