A wedding cake for my husband’s niece. We’ve had unusually high temperatures here in the UK for the last couple of weeks, so it was a bit of a challenge to make (ganache melting, tiers needing recovering etc – you get the picture), but I was really happy with the result. The bride and groom loved it too. It was a wonderful day – the bride looked gorgeous and the couple seemed so happy.
