This is the largest cake to date and kept me up for many nights before the cake was even baked. It was my first time delivering a cake in two sections and finishing at the reception site. I am thinking NEVER AGAIN, lol! It was Chocolate cake with chocolate mousse filling and white almond filled with butter cream.
