It´s a 3D Cake over a flat cake. So there´re two cakes, the shoe and the floor. One of my mother´s friend loves dancing tango, and looooooooves dancing shoes. He has many of them, and this is one of his favourites. He´s always wearing them, so his wife asked me to make him, for his birthday, his favourite and used dancing shoe.

It´s an orange sponge cake with layers of dark chocolate and copintreau ganache.
