This cake was made for the engagement party of couple who got engaged on the 2nd anniversary of meeting. The proposal happened in front of the tower in Paris and yes, he did it on bended knee. The tree blossoms are tiny hearts. The cakes are all vanilla sponge layered with milk chocolate ganache. The tower frame was built using pastillage and over piped with royal icing
