1/4 sheet cake w/ all buttercream décor. I used #3 tip to make circles first and then pulled in with a toothpick to center of each circle. Keep toothpick whipped off so it won’t be messy.
I used #4 for message in 3 layers of colors. Front of cake was #3 tip and I pulled up and down in areas w/ toothpick. Boarders were #18.
