This cake was for a man that worked for over 35 years as a firefighter. There are more pictures of him and the cake on my page at www.facebook.com/bellacakeart I was given free rein for this corporate event. I decided to do something different. I carved a firefighter jacket, the hose and helmet and made the little figurine. All is edible. They loved it so much they would not cut it at the event. Lucky I had also supplied cupcakes.
