This has been my biggest challenge today its a huge cake, and nerve racking building it all on site today, all sugar embellishments and wired sugar flowers, which I’ve never made before, one of the tiers is 10" by 8" tall was very tricky to cover, never done that before either, the little cake is to represent their engagement and all edible. Really hope you like it.
