My eldest turned 6 years old on Tuesday, his birthday cake request…Giddy Squid from The Trash Pack. For those of you who don’t know who The Trash Pack are, they are tiny, collectable creatures that come in little trash cans and toilets and they all have revolting names, they also come on trading cards and in various colourways so I took inspiration from several sources including the trading card I have included in the images. My little boy, Finlay, thankfully picked one of the less disgustingly named ones and here he is in chocolate fudge cake, covered in milk choc ganache and sugarpaste. I’m glad to say Finlay was pretty pleased with it! Kathryn xxx
