A 2 tier 40th cake with 39 instead of 40?!?!

Customer wanted 2 tiers, a glitter pink tier to match a Christmas bauble she had, a tier with white zebra stripes, a large white bow and very thick buttercream inside. I tried to find a recipe where the buttercream would hold it’s shape, but you can see the top tier is still bulging out :(
