I made this cake last week for my brother’s birthday BBQ (he was 29, but you’re never too old for a minion cake, right?!) I wanted to do something a bit different, so the cake is Minion Dave disguised as a purple minion, from the scene in Despicable Me 2 where some of the yellow minions paint themselves purple and wear the purple minion’s clothes so they can sneak in to where the purple minions are and rescue Gru’s wife-to-be.
