I loved making this cake during Way Beyond Mayen’s Balancing Toys structure cake class this past weekend (plug alert…if you haven’t taken one of her classes…you should! She is awesome)! This particular one is all sytro to save on class costs (and keep it to one day), but she shared how we would do it in cake! I can not WAIT to try this technique on one of my upcoming cakes! I hope you like it!
