I am so pleased with the way this cake turned out. My friend was so specific about every detail and I think it turned out fine, her reaction was unbelievable she was so touched and complimentary. I realised that Holy Communion is such a personal and emotional event that for her every detail of this cake was symbolic and important to her and her daughter. I wish them a wonderful day on Sunday. xxx
