This cake was made for my beautiful mothers 70th birthday.
Top tier was white choc mud, middle dark choc mud and bottom was rich fruit cake.
The cake was decorated using the marvelous mold damask onlay.
Middle tier was ruffled using the flowered ruffle technique and finished with wired fushia pink roses on side.
