I was half way to my venue with a different version of this wedding cake and it was a really hot day and hubby had to put on his brakes, heard something in the boot of the car so we pulled over to my horror the whole cake had collapsed on itself. Panic set in have to confess, did the mad dash home, to which I had to re bake and rebuild and redecorate the entire cake and get back to the venue within five hours, this is the actual cake I managed to create in that time, I hope I never have to go through that again, my house was like a factory with fans and air conditioners going on to will the cakes cool so that I could get them covered. Anyways proud of myself for not letting the bride down, hope you enjoy it.
