I know everyone does mostly cakes on here but I really wanted to include my number one love and that is cupcakes. This is one I put together last friday, a churros inspired flavour. The cupcake was cinnamon flavoured then dipped in sugar and cinnamon, topped with swiss meringue buttercream and the caramel and choc sauce over the top.
